Submission Preparation Checklist
Before submitting your manuscript to the International Journal of Life Science and Agriculture Research (IJLSAR), ensure that each item on the checklist below is addressed for a smooth and efficient review process.
1. Manuscript Requirements
The submission is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
The manuscript fits within IJLSAR’s scope (life sciences and agriculture).
Prepared as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx) using the required formatting:
Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
1 inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides
Pages and lines are numbered
2. Content Structure
Title Page includes:
Full manuscript title
All author names, their affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address
Abstract (max 250 words) provides a clear summary and is followed by 4–6 relevant keywords
Main Text is structured into:
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion (if applicable)
References are complete, accurate, and follow APA or Harvard style
3. Figures and Tables
All figures and tables are included with clear titles and legends
Each figure/table is cited within the main text in correct order
High-resolution image files are provided as needed (separate from the main document)
4. Required Declarations
Conflict of Interest Statement is included
Funding Statement is provided (if applicable)
Author Contributions Statement (using CRediT taxonomy) clarifies each author’s roles
Data Availability Statement specifies where and how supporting data can be accessed, or explains restrictions
5. Ethical Compliance
All necessary institutional or ethical approvals for studies involving humans, animals, or sensitive materials are documented and stated
Manuscript contains a statement on research ethics and compliance with IJLSAR’s standards
6. Final Checks
The entire manuscript has been carefully spell-checked and proofread
All citations, references, and attributions are accurate and complete
The cover letter or submission email clearly states any relevant information, such as prior dissemination of content (preprints, conference presentations)
7. Submission
Manuscript and all supplementary files are ready for submission via:
